We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return First, Refund After: Refunds are only processed once we receive and verify your returned items (per our 60-day return policy, counting from the date your order is delivered). Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all tags, seals, accessories, and product inserts). Damaged, used, or tampered items are not eligible for a refund, unless the damage/defect occurred during shipping (see Section 3 for details). Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email (sent after order placement) or order number (found in your account on hvdabeautyies.com). Exceptions: Custom or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they arrive with manufacturing defects or are incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped).
